We want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused HydroJug products in their original packaging. Please note that for health and safety reasons, used hydration products cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to avoid damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
